What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take to the US?
Standard US orders arrive in 7 - 14 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.
Are your gemstones natural or treated?
Treatment status is clearly disclosed on every product page — Natural, Heated, Irradiated, or Untreated. We never misrepresent a stone.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original, unused condition. Custom orders and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders arrive in 7 - 14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply.
